Mega Enterprises has space available for 22 tenants with additional land for "build to suit" or possible land lease with full utilities available.

The San Manuel Main Shopping Center consists of retail and office spaces ranging from 800 sq. feet to 20,000 sq. feet. The center is divided into three large complexes, each containing access to several buildings. The shopping center is well located in the heart of the city with ample parking for patrons and an accessible alley for deliveries.

  • Arizona Public Service - A power company serving San Manuel and surrounding communities.
  • Arizona Water Co. - A utility company that serves the tri-community as well as other Arizona towns.
  • United States Post Office - U.S. Government run facility.
  • Your Broker Connection - A full service broker serving the tri-community.
  • Minit Market - A convenience market with gas facility and a Subway deli.
  • Happy Suds Laundromat - A full service laundromat with modern dryers and washers as well as dry cleaning and other services.

  • Sahuaro.net Communications - A local internet service provider (ISP).
